In need of a break from the South I head north to Lichfield, Staffs. I meet my lovely daughter at the station mid afternoon and we go and stay with our friends over night. How nice to be home. This was my first adult family home, if that makes any sense. After a cuppa we head off to Curborough Countryside Centre to see Eleanor's Exhibition. See http://cunningart.co.uk/ to learn more about this show which she has named Inforescence.
Then we have an afternoon wander by Minster Pool and admire the cathedral. J remembers feeding grapes to the coots from her pram
It is lovely to see J, who left Lichfield aged just five years old, reconnect with places she remembers.
In particular, she is really taken with the Cathedral. Here are some of her photos.
