Day 2. Mind and Body Workout

Out early to a yoga and meditation half day with Beth (http://www.beyoga.co.uk/) and
Carolyn ( http://www.carolynluckygirl.com/).  The theme was Spring.  Beth's hatha yoga is always just right and though I'm not into Chinese Medicine as such, Carolyn's meditation was powerful and really effective.  In her opening talk I realised there is no need to beat myself up for not being able to meditate for more than five minutes at the moment. She gave us permission to just do one minute (!), if time was a pressure and said it will all flow from there. Don't give up things, just let the good habits grow.  So refreshing. I also was able to make a plan to ground myself with two salutes to the sun after morning tea and mediate for five.  We shall see how this goes.  And what lovely salad lunches. Feeling motivated to get a healthy diet!

Now it's my admin and skyping and patio time.
