Bill from lyft takes us over bridges and islands reminiscent of Cadiz but more tropica. He is a great driver and an interesting conversationalist. He takes us to the pier. There is no public transport to Tybee which is bizarre, as the 'transportation' around Atlanta is very cheap, efficient and integrated.
