Feel I have not had enough sleep!
But I am up early for the debate as we need to get standing orders suspended
Pleased to see Julian Huppert supporting the suspension
The vote to suspend standing orders is easily carried and I am back to the beach
Sea is so clam, I see some women swimming and they encourage me. It's back to the hotel for my cossie and I am in there. Not for long, it's cold but lovely. Back for a hot shower and costa coffee
I admire the art deco features
Later I am very pleased with Layla Moran but find the training less useful as the enviroment is poor.
This evening it's our local dinner at Pizza Express and I think I'll have a sneaky pint in Wetherspoons first!
